- Wipe the inside of the heel so it's clean and dry
- Peel off the backing and line the pad up with your heel
- Press firmly for 30 seconds, then leave for a few hours before wearing
🧼 How do I clean them?
Hand wash the insoles with mild soap and water and let them air dry. Wipe the heel pads gently with a damp cloth, but don't soak them, so the adhesive keeps sticking.
