- Insoles: slide into your shoes and trim along the guide lines if needed
- Heel pads: peel, place inside the back of your shoe and press firmly

- Roller: roll your foot slowly heel to toe for 1–2 minutes
🧼 How do I clean them?
Hand wash the insoles and toe pads with mild soap and water and let them air dry. Wipe the roller and heel pads with a damp cloth, but don't soak the heel pads so the adhesive keeps sticking.
